Crostini

French Bread, thinly sliced

4 oz. goat cheese
¼ c. pesto

Mix together and spread on bread. Top with sliced Roma tomatoes and shredded parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° until edges are golden and parmesan starts to melt. (10 to 15 minutes) Delicious and very easy.
