Hot fudge sauce

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 small can evaporated milk (6 oz.)
2 Tbsp.c flour
2 Tbsp. margarine

Mix all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and boil for
2 minutes (rolling boil). Add 1 tsp. vanilla after boiling.
Serve over ice-cream. Yum!!
