Cinnamon Toast Muffins

1 1/2 Cups whole wheat flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder

In a separate bowl, combine following wet ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients til moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 of
the way full. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon
sugar on top of each muffin. Bake in 400 oven for 12 minutes
or until cooked through.
