The Dallas area usually does not get snow. Last year I heard
about snow cream, but the snow had already melted. I decided
if it was going to snow this year I was going to make some
for my boys. Well, today it snowed, so we made some snow cream this
afternoon. My boys loved it!!
8 cups of clean snow
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla
Bundle up and gather some clean snow in a bowl. Add sugar, milk, and
vanilla. Mix together and enjoy. Add your favorite toppings.

we did this earlier today for the first time too! i didn't measure anything(i probably should've) i just dumped a bunch of stuff in their little snow cups:) same ingredients though. glad to have a recipe to follow next time!
My mother made this for us when we were little. Loved it! No snow here :(
My recipe calls for 1c heavy cream
sugar to taste
vanilla to taste
4c clean snow
Beat cream until stiff peaks form; add sugar, and vanilla. Fold in snow.
