6 apples peeled, pared, and sliced
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 teas. finely grated lemon rind
1 teas. cinnamon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in an 8x8 inch baking
dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until
tender. This makes a good side dish with pork.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
