Creamy Herbed Chicken Stew

Add the following ingredients to your large crockpot in this order:
4 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 stalks of celery, diced
4 Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and 1 t. thyme
Top with 3 c. chicken broth

Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours. In the last 10 minutes of cooking, add 2 c. snap pea pods and 1 c. cream.
