1 1/2 sticks of margarine
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of Karo syrup
Mix, melt and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 cap fulls of
almond extract. Mix it with a 160z box of rice
Chex cereal and 8 oz of sliced almonds.
Mix and enjoy!

I have a very similar recipe, I add 1tsp of vanilla or almond extract to the sugar/syrup mixture and 1 stick of butter. I also add in pretzels, and once it has cooled a bit I add m&m's
I have a similar recipe.. somewhere??? that I got from a Paula Deen cookbook... it has brown sugar and tastes like pralines!!!
