1 pound ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 box no boil lasagna noodles,
gently broken in half
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup onion finely minced
12 ounces ricotta cheese
2 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Grease inside of slow cooker with olive oil or cooking spray.
Combine beef, spaghetti sauce, spices and onion in a bowl
and mix well. Combine ricotta and mozzarella in a separate
bowl In slow cooker, layer beef, noodles, and cheese mixture.
Create several layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
