1 pkg. manicotti shells(cooked according to package directions)

Combine the following ingredients in bowl:
1 lb. cooked/drained ground beef(sprinkle Italian seasoning on top while cooking, about 1 tsp.)
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese(save a little to sprinkle on top-about 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
4 oz. cream cheese (softened)

Stuff cooked shells with above mixture and place in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Cover with favorite spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.

Made this the other day - Henri loved it!!! He even said "we need to get this in regular roation." Cooked the beef in garlic and onions and I added some ricotta cheese to it - made it a bit creamier, I think. Personally, I'd add less mozzerella and parm. to the filling, and put it on top instead...but that's just me. Anyway, it was great!
