Cilantro Lime Rice

3 cups of hot long grain rice
2 small limes (or 1 large lime)
1 teaspoon lime zest, minced
1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)

Once your rice is cooked fluff with fork. Add lime
juice, zest, cilantro and salt. Stir well. Serve warm.
